本案，位于令人心向往之的外灘歷史保護建筑 福州大樓內(nèi)，老式的英式樓房，準現(xiàn)代派裝飾風格，是上海的知名老建筑。

設計理念
色塊區(qū)分增加空間層次感
原戶型朝北向，空間較小，存在采光不足，壓迫感強等問題。設計師與業(yè)主多次溝通需求后，采用了法式復古+自然的設計風格，充分利用法式線條、木質(zhì)家具、老房梁、裝飾元素等進行色彩搭配，以色塊區(qū)分的形式增加空間的層次感，做舊米白色的主色調(diào)，自然綠的第二色調(diào)，輔以橙色點綴，不同色塊的差異，讓空間更具延伸感。

原先廚房處凹進去的死角位很亂，設計師將其打通后設計了一個L型的多功能柜，充當餐邊柜功能，同時也加強了一家人的互動性。

老房子的房梁較多，設計師將其全部刷成綠色，米白色打底，綠與白的對比，通過色塊穿插，增加空間的延伸感。

秘密花園的下方區(qū)域是“精神世界的充電樁”，這里既可以安靜的辦公，也可以專注的學習。

主臥 情景交融的雅致居室
考慮到主臥采光不足，設計師采用了全玻璃式開門設計，光線交織碰撞，以純凈之態(tài)滲進空間，瞬間明亮，時光仿佛在訴說著：這真是一個奇妙的邂逅呀。

床頭燈高低錯開的設計，避免了彼此間的干擾，營造了安靜的氛圍，若有一方想閱讀，只需開其中的小燈即可，也不會影響到另一半的休息。
